Our story

Born from personal experience by looking at small and medium size businesses in Bologna, Italy, we saw firsthand the inefficiencies of traditional business transactions. Surprised to learn that only 10% of B2B transactions were happening online, we decided to use AI, data science, and design to build Doosty.

Our mission? Transform antiquated, error-prone business processes into streamlined, customer-centric transactions.

Founder

Puya is a professor of Data Science and Machine Learning at University of California, Berkeley.

Puya has 10+ years of industrial experience as Head of Search and Personalization, Director of Science and Tech Lead in top tech companies: Airbnb, Faire, Yahoo, and Pandora. He additionally has a PhD in Computer Science and engineering background.
